Bok to Basics
This frame was an important one for Graham. It was when he would start telling the story to friends and family. A lot of thoughts were swirling through his mind. One of them was, "On a recent trip to Florida, I was touched by Bok. He created Bok Tower Gardens in Florida. A relatively small but beautiful spot on the spaceship. It is a place of serenity to enjoy with family. It is a reminder of heaven. What touched Graham was not only the beauty of the gardens, but his saying, "Make you the world a bit better or more beautiful because you have lived in it."
This is what Dream Story Live (DSL) is for. It is not only a path, one frame at a time, into the Great Infinite Mystery of, at least, human life, but it is also stage where we can play out our dreams together on the same page.
The design of DSL is Basic. More than that, it is a clean slate. Every new day it is filled in by you. If you put just 360 frames together, what kind of movie would you see? Is it a movie of hope, joy, love, mystery, intrigue? We know there will be conflict in your movie but it doesn't have to be adversarial conflict. The conflict is what make you strong. The conflict could be quite basic as not having enough space, time, money, or energy. Your story is how you overcame those obstacles, ideally with the help and advice of your family and friends.
Welcome my brothers and sisters to Dream Story Live. Thank you to those who are sharing the dreams with me. I also have a fun story to tell, one of many, but this one is the most fun because it involves kindergarten students from all over the world.
I have been been writing almost every day since about 2018, when I finally took the advice of a very good teacher I have never met. She said, "If you want to change your life, you have to start telling a different story." This made me wonder what kind of story I would tell. Of course there had to be a Queen or Princess in there because they would both loved Rom Coms. Through the course of my writing there was a shift from first person to third person and this is how Graham was introduced to the picture. I found it easier to write when describing someone in third person. I can't really explain why but it has something to do with energy, thoughts and feelings. Then there was also the idea of the Narrator who is a relatively neutral kind of entity but also understand all the emotions and the concepts of infinity. The Narrator also tells us about Mr. Moon who is essentially the same person as Graham. Mr. Moon, during the school day is currently an assistant principal at an elementary school who deals with the school vision, mission, and issues. When he leaves his work, he becomes Graham who is living out his dreams with his Princess in freedom where they are creating their story together. There is also Robert whom the narrator also began writing about in the third person. Graham and Mr. Moon started out as Robert, but Robert began to evolve into different entities in the story and Robert began to take on the lives or Graham and Mr. Moon and somewhere along the way he realized that he was actually living out his dreams.
Just a few frames ago, Graham was excited because SolGuruz gave him the good news that DSL was now available in the Google Store. This phase was now complete. He wanted to tell his whole school the good news about his dream. He asked the Principal, Ms. Seawell, if he could tell them in their morning video announcements.
"Is it for profit?"
"Well, yes, kind of. There is the free version..."
"Unfortunately, no"
Mr. Moon knew that in his heart but he could easily reason it away. Mr Moon wanted to tell his students that it was about only 360 frames ago that he was telling the 3rd grade students from Ms. B's class about his dream of creating an app and that this dream finally came true. He wanted to tell them his dream of wanting to become a storyteller. He wanted to tell his students his dream of seeing 25,000,000 users on DSL because he knew the power of dreaming and what happens when one works towards their dreams. But he couldn't tell them his dreams because of an apparent conflict of interest. He could still ask them about their dreams and the dreams of their families. He wondered if by some horrible accident or leak that without telling his students, news got to them. Would they think they have a crazy assistant principal because he talks of his Princess, the Dream Story Live app, and the 25,000,000 users by frame 68 of 2025, the last day of classes for his students?
On this frame, there were 77 registered users. They were part of the first 100 users. There were 22 members on Let's Sea.

This was another conflict Graham had. He wanted to be interacting with all the users but as with everyone, his time was also limited. Time was a clear conflict for him. He needed to pass the torch of faith, hope, and love to others. He wanted to see what they experienced from making a movie out of their lives. Who would they put in their credits? What would they dream about? Were they able to get the kindergarteners out of debt?
