Graham spent most of his Sunday morning looking at the first version of the app on the android and giving feedback to SolGuruz. His dream was turning into a reality. It would be only a matter of a few weeks, if all goes well, until the app goes to market.
Graham couldn’t help thinking about the Great Mystery. He thought about the Sun. “There is this huge ball of blinding fire in the sky powering all these planets and sustaining Earth’s biological life. Who created this? He was aware of many theories, not all of them. The theories were only theories. They were not definite answers. Religions provided good moral guidance and a reverence for the Creator, but they still didn’t explain everything about the creator. He knew that humans knew a lot about the biology of the body, but not everything, and even with the knowledge that was available on the body, soul, and mind, a lot of it was more theories. If there is a mystery, are people geared towards figuring it out? At gatherings, wouldn’t it be one of the topics of discussion, “What did you learn this week about the great mystery? What do they know in that country? What does that religion or philosophy say about the Great Mystery of Life or their Infinite God? Do they think they will ever know their infinite God? Will their knowledge come to an end? Have they experimented with what they are taught? Does it work? Have they gotten a following on the path that they are taking?
Where does Love come into the Great Mystery picture? As an old man, Graham loved seeing younger people pursuing their dreams and asking questions about the Great Mystery. He loved seeing people creating a better world and working together to clean the seas and at the same time find a good way to reduce plastic waste. He loved learning. What person or book would bring that next shift in consciousness that would take him to the next level?
What if 5 people suddenly found themselves in a rather large room with no doors and windows, but there was light in the room for 12 hours a day. Wouldn’t they be constantly asking themselves, each other, what should we try next? How do we get out of here? Who put us in this room? What are they expecting of us? Are they watching us? Wouldn’t they help each others, share information? On Earth we have a lot of wonderful distractions, enough to never have to ask about the Great Mystery or how to get out.
